I found the solution modifying the IMAP options from GMAIL. These are the 2 importants options to check:

1) When I mark a message in IMAP as deleted: Auto-Expunge off - Wait for the client to updat ...

Ok. Any suggestion concerning IMAP options to modify from The Bat or Gmail (see previous messages)?

For IMAP protocol the plugin copies the classified spam to Junk folder, then marks the copied message as deleted. It is possible that the second command fails.

There is something I should check on the Imap fine tune of The Bat? Some options like "idle" comand or others? In my case "re-send idle command each 30 seconds" is selected.

It's like if The Bat instead of moving mails to the Junk folder just copy them to the Junk folder...

At the beginning only a few spams had this problem but not a lot of them: it's increasing

This is quite strange. Very often (at least 10 spams per day) some mails stay on two folders: the inbox and the junk folder.

I tried to refresh, compact, purge, repair all the folders of the accoun ...

Refreshing doesn't solve the problem but I noticed (reading the logs) that this happens only with e-mails addresses that are black-listed not with normal AS filtering of spams

AS plugin works fine now: it filters correctly spam moving them to the junk folder.

Ok. The good rule to avoid filterring on some accounts is:

Header{Received} =~ mailbox1@domain1\.com|mailbox2@domain2\.com
